Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the whole site. The site was last reviewed against them on 1 October 2026.

What we have built in

  • Everything works from the keyboard alone, with a skip link, a visible focus outline and headings in order.
  • Text alternatives for images that carry meaning; decorative artwork is hidden from screen readers.
  • A light theme by default and a dark theme you can switch to, with text contrast of at least 4.5:1 in both.
  • Text you can enlarge and a layout that reflows; animation respects your reduced-motion setting.
  • Labelled form fields, and phrases in other languages marked so that assistive technology reads them correctly.

Known limitations

  • Search, the theme switch, the menus and the enquiry form need JavaScript. The rest of the site can be read without it: the links in the footer reach every section, and the desks on the Contact page can be used directly.
  • Links to third-party sites, for example a map, open another website in a new tab. We do not control how accessible those sites are.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site stops you from reading or using it, please tell us. Write to the Head Office desk through the Contact page.

Give the address of the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser, device or assistive technology you use, if you know. We aim to respond within 30 days and will say what we can do.

If you need information from the site in another format, such as plain text or large print, tell us and we will do our best to provide it.
