Legal
The terms for using this website, what our publication support does and does not offer, and how to report a security issue.
These terms apply when you use this website, which SciHeart Technologies LLP runs. By using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our registered details are on our corporate information page.
The site gives general information about our work, as at the “Last updated” date shown on the page. It is not professional, engineering, legal or financial advice. Where it quotes a research result, that is a reported finding under the conditions of that work, not a prediction or a promise for your engine, plant or process. No client relationship exists between you and us until we agree an engagement in writing.
We do not guarantee acceptance, indexing, ranking or any publication date. Authors remain responsible for originality, the integrity of their data, ethics approvals and each journal's policies.
What the service covers, and what it does not do, is set out on the research and publication support page.
Scopus, Web of Science, IEEE, ANSYS, OpenFOAM, MATLAB and other product, service and organisation names belong to their owners. We use them to describe our work. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those owners unless we say so.
Links to other websites are there for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of personal information.
The text, illustrations and design of this website belong to SciHeart Technologies LLP or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the page. Please do not copy, scrape or republish the site as a whole without our written permission.
Manuscripts, data and other material you send us stay yours. We use them only to carry out the work you ask for.
This website and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, including that the site will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes about them are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
If you find a security weakness in this website, please tell us. Write in good faith to either address:
Include the address of the page, what you found and why it matters, the steps that let us reproduce it, and the browser or device you used. Say how to reach you if you would like a reply.
We will acknowledge your report when we can and tell you what we decide. We do not offer a reward and cannot promise legal protection for testing, so please act in good faith: do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, and do not disrupt the site or its host.
This policy covers this website only. The same contact details are published for automated tools in our security.txt file.
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version. For questions about them, use the Contact page.
